BDCS50C Cordless Screwdriver Review
We found this tool to be compact and versatile for small-to-medium-sized DIY tasks.
Can’t attest much for the battery life as we only used it for an hour, but this battery-operated cordless screwdriver will last you at least an hour and probably more. Comes with an AC adapter for charging.
It doesn’t have the best power for a cordless screwdriver, but it’s no cordless drill and won’t really replace one.
Fits well into small spaces too. Has a nice lightweight feel to it.
It has an LED light which really helps to see in dark spaces. It worked perfectly for some light tasks around the house.
Spins at 180 RPMs and works well for screw driving tasks. It’s cordless and small which makes it portable.
It’s also really quiet, so the wife won’t get mad at ya either. It has a nice pistol grip which is comfortable and a soft rubber grip.
Again, it doesn’t really have that much torque but we may be comparing it to cordless drills. For a cordless screwdriver though it’s a nice strong little tool. The LED light comes on when you press the trigger.
Should be good for anyone suffering from arthritis or any other issue where manual screw-driving is hard.
Has a forward and reverse button switch for easy drilling and driving. It’s a good household item for everyday use, but again it doesn’t really compare to a regular drill. Comes with a rotating bit cartridge for easy storage.
We love the included cartridge, it’s easy to use and you don’t have to go crazy looking for the drill bits. The onboard magnet will hold extra screws so you can have a free hand while working.
Conclusion
All in all, it’ll get the job done for any small DIY task you have around the house. Plus it comes with a 24-month warranty for peace of mind.
Good choice for DIY, it has a small compact 1.41lbs design, comfortable grip, led light, and its easy to use. We give this cordless screwdriver 5 stars. If you’re looking for a new cordless screwdriver, be sure to check out our article on the top-rated cordless screwdrivers.
